This service allows you to provide documentation, consult and follow up on any registration procedure submitted to the Social Security General Treasury

About this procedure

Who it is for

People who have received a requirement or a document from the Social Security General Treasury to provide documentation,  or who wish to consult the applications and documentation of procedures presented by the Electronic Register before the TGSS and/or carry out the follow-up.

What you can do

  • Attach documentation.
  • Immediately consult the applications submitted via the Electronic Register before the Social Security General Treasury.
    • Allows to download the documentation submitted, select a period/registration number and/or type of application.
    • Follow-up of the status of the procedure.

Please note

Documentation may only be provided in relation to those procedures opened through the Electronic Register, in the name of the interested party.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once them contribution process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.
