Application for Payment Moratorium

Through this service, as a palliative measure in the face of the damage caused by the DANA in different municipalities according to RD-Law 6/2024, of 5 November, it will be possible to request and obtain a moratorium for twelve months without interest on the payment of Social Security contributions and for joint collection concepts, whose accrual takes place, in the case of household employers and self-employed workers included in the R.E. Sea Workers, between the months of October 2024 to January 2025; in the case of self-employed workers included in another special Social Security scheme, between the months of November 2024 to February 2025.
