Applications for deferral of Social Security contributions for self-employed workers and companies assigned to the authorised NETWORK must only be submitted via this service.
This service allows you to request, via the Electronic Register, a deferment of the payments or debts owed to Social Security.
Parties responsible for the payment of debt owed to Social Security with temporary monetary problems.
If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the electronic register.
The application may be presented at any time from the start of the regulatory period for the payment of the debt in question.
The total deferment period may not exceed 5 years.
In the case of an individual employer, it will be sufficient to submit an application on a single form for the purposes of including both debts as a self-employed person and company debts in the deferral.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must submit the documentation at another time or through other means.
The Administration will issue and communicate the resolution within three calendar months of receipt of the application.
