Submission of invoices by the centres or health professionals that collaborate with the School Insurance < Go back

This service, aimed exclusively at centres or health professionals collaborating with School Insurance, allows the original invoices to be sent, which must be addressed to the INSS and which, for whatever reason, have not been sent via the FACE application. If you are a student who wishes to claim reimbursement of expenses paid to the INSS, you can submit the invoices, digitally signed by the issuer, in the Invoices for School Insurance service.

  • Attach documentation (original invoice).

What you need to do it

  • Fill in the requested data (telephone, e-mail, postcode and province).
  • Attach the original invoice.

Please note

If you are a student who wishes to claim reimbursement of expenses paid to the INSS, you can submit the invoices, digitally signed by the issuer, via the following link: School Insurance Invoices

For treatments dispensed from 1 June 2022 onwards, the Collaborating Centre must attach, in PDF format, the Excel file listed in the Attached Documentation section, duly completed.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
