Special agreement deregistration through Employment Adjustment Plan. < Go back

This service allows the company to request cancellation of the ERE special agreement subscribed by the company, via the electronic Register, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040-ERE). This service also allows the worker to request cancellation of the ERE special agreement signed by them, via the Electronic Register, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040-ERE), provided that the collective redundancy procedure has been approved after 9 April 2019. In addition, through this service, both the company and the worker may request the waiver of the voluntary increase in the contribution basis of the ERE special agreement signed (Additional Clause to be paid by the company or the worker).

Who it is aimed at

  • Companies with a special ERE agreement.
  • Workers aged 61/63 who are subscribers to a special ERE agreement, at their own expense.

What does it allow you to do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
  • You are not required to attach the TA.0040-ERE (PDF) form.
  • You are not required to attach the TA.0040-ERE C.A. (PDF) form.
  • Attach documentation.

To be taken into account

Completion of this online form is in place of the current TA.0040-ERE in PDF format and of the TA.0040-ERE C.A. form.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
