Authorisation for using the RED System < Go back

This service enables the user to fill out and submit one form to the electronic register for an Authorisation Request to use the RED System and any of its transfer modes (Internet RED, Direct RED and Direct Settlement System).

About this procedure

Who it is for

Companies, groups of companies, members of professional associations and other people who, in carrying out their own activity and/or acting on behalf of the responsible parties, companies or affiliates, manage their social security obligations through the Electronic Data Transfer System (RED System).

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Attach documentation needed for the process.
  • It will not be necessary to download or attach the completed FR.101 form.

What you need to do it

  • Individual's or legal representative’s digital certificate.
  • Fill in the information requested on the form.
  • Attach any documentation needed to process the request.

Please note

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must  submit the documentation at another time or through other means.
