Certificates of being up to date with Social Security and debt reports < Go back
This service allows you to obtain a certificate of whether or not you are up to date with Social Security, as well as, in the case of not being up to date, the reports that show the total amount of the debt on the one hand and the list of the debt documents that prevent you from being considered up to date with Social Security on the other.
Who it is for
Any natural or legal person who wishes to obtain a certificate that they are up to date with Social Security or a report of their debt for certificate purposes; as well as, in certain cases, those who wish to obtain certificates of being up to date on others with whom they have a legal relationship.
What you can do
- Obtain immediately or deferred (in the event that the pre-established time has elapsed without having been able to generate it) a certificate as to whether the applicant or another natural or legal person, for whom the applicant is authorised to request it, is up to date with their Social Security obligations, being able to obtain a generic certificate, without a specific purpose, or for one of the following purposes: subsidies or any type of aid; contracting with Public Sector entities or participation in tender processes; and for the case regulated in art. 42 of the Workers' Statute.
- Obtain an immediate or deferred report with the total amount of the debt ("Total debt report") and/or a report listing all the debt documents of the interested party that are taken into account for the purpose of issuing certificates of being up to date with Social Security.
- Both the certificate and the report can be saved as a pdf file and printed.
