1. General information

I need help, how can I ask a question?

If you don't find what you are looking for on the Social Security page or if you have any questions, please contact ISSA, our assistant.
If you still need help, you can send us your question through the enquiry mailbox for Social Security. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
In addition, we will attend to you from Monday to Friday:

  • On 901 50 20 20 50 and 915 41 02 91 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (M-F) except public holidays, for queries about Social Security affiliation, contributions and payment of debts.
  • At 901 16 65 65 and 915 42 11 76 from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Mon-Fri), except holidays, for queries about pensions and economic benefits.  
  • On 020 from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm (Mon-Fri), except public holidays,  for information on the Minimum Vital Income.
