Through this service, the principal may revoke the powers that have been granted and appear in the powers of attorney register.
Who it is for
Individuals or legal entities and Entities without legal personality that have granted powers and are registered in the Social Security powers of attorney register.
What you can do
It allows the principal to cancel specific powers granted to act in the ambit of Social Security. In other words, it allows the powers to cease to be valid before the term for which they were originally granted expires.
What you need to do it
Have powers of attorney in the register that are subject to being revoked, i.e. powers of attorney that are recorded in the register and whose term has not expired.
