What is it and how to use the Citizen Folder?

What is it and what is it for?

It is a personal space that allows you to consult certain personal data and applications or procedures that you have carried out with the Social Security from a single section, in a quick and easy way.

How can I get access?

You will need a secure digital identity, either through Cl@ve (Cl@ve PIN or Permanent Cl@ve), Digital DNI or any recognised digital certificate.

What services can I find?

You can access the digital notifications we send you, as well as the Social Security Electronic register to submit applications and documentation. You will also be able to check the processing status of your applications.

Access the electronic notifications sent by Social Security Bodies or Entities, when we resolve your applications, or when we notify you of any other action.

My Electronic Registration

Make an application, or consult those you have already submitted, through the Social Security Electronic Register. You will be able to see the status of your application, provide new documentation or reply to our requests to provide documentation or information.
