Attach documentation of self-employment < Go back

This service allows you to use the Electronic register to attach supporting documents for your registration in order to prove your compliance with the requirements for receiving certain benefits.

About this procedure

Who it is aimed at

Workers registered in the Special Regime for self-employed workers.

What can be done

  • Attach documentation.

  • Communicate the data required by virtue of RD 504/2022, of 27 June, for compliance with the obligation of self-employed workers linked to a company (company or community of goods) to communicate their details of partners or co-owners as well as the communication of data for the identification of the company. This data must be communicated on the forms located in the "Accompanying documents" section.

  • Request any contribution basis that is between the base for which they have been paying contributions (4,495.50 euros) and the maximum base of sections 11 and 12 of the general table established for the year 2024 by Order PJC/51/2024 (4,720.50 euros), with effect from 1 January 2024.

    This procedure will be applicable to workers included in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers who, on 1 January 2024, were paying contributions at the maximum basis of sections 11 and 12 of the general table for the year 2023, equivalent to 4,495.50 euros.

What you need to do it

  • Have software that allows you to save the documentation to be attached.

To be taken into account

If you access with User + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, a code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you declared during the registration process, which you must enter in order to be able to sign the communication in the electronic register.

The total size of the documentation to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.

If you do not receive the confirmation message or, as the case may be, receive an error or transmission failure message, you will have to submit at another time or use other means.
