If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. The right to reimbursement expires four years after the day following the payment of the contributions, except for benefits in the contribution that have not been deducted in the terms established by regulations, for reasons not attributable to the Administration, which expire three months after the date of the presentation on which the respective benefits should have been deducted.
The attached documents must not exceed 10 Mb.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of application” in PDF format.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must submit the documentation at another time or through other means.
