Through this service you can request, via the Electronic Register, the application of the voluntary rate for the purposes of IRPF withholding.

About this procedure

Who it is aimed at

Individuals entitled to a Social Security pension.

What does it allow you to do

Request via the Electronic Register the application or termination of the voluntary rate for the purposes of IRPF withholding corresponding to the pension.

What you need to do it

Include as much information as possible on the form.

To be taken into account

If you access with User + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, a code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you declared during the registration process, which you must enter in order to be able to sign the communication in the electronic register.

Fill in the personal information requested on the form according to the instructions given on the form itself.

If you are acting as a representative, you must attach the standard form of representation, which appears in the attached documentation section, or any other legally valid document that provides reliable proof of representation.

Next steps

You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

The National Social Security Institute will send the application resolution to the address of the person concerned.
