Application for a maritime and healthcare vocational training course by a maritime-fishing sector entity (REM) < Go back

This service allows maritime-fishing sector entities to request, via Electronic Register, on their own behalf or in representation of others, the organisation of a maritime and healthcare vocational training course for its workers and/or associates, under the provisions of the first additional provision of Royal Decree 292/2018 of 18 May regulating the access procedure and the system for the provision of maritime and healthcare vocational training at the Social Marine Institute.

Who it is for

Companies in the maritime-fishing sector, fishermen's guilds, shipowners' cooperatives or corporations in the maritime-fishing sector and corporations involved in the maritime-fishing sector who wish to request the organisation of a maritime and healthcare vocational training course, under the provisions of the first additional provision of Royal Decree 292/2018 of 18 May, which regulates the access procedure and the system for the Social Marine Institute providing maritime and healthcare vocational training.

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Download and attach a completed application form.
  • Attach documentation.

What you need to do it

  •  
  • Please complete and attach the Excel application document available for download in section "5.  Documents to be submitted with the application" of the Registration Form.
  • Attach documentation proving that the workers and/or associates meet the requirements established to be able to attend the type of course requested.
  • Have software that enables you to fill in and save the Excel application document to be subsequently attached.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS code to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the Electronic Register.

The corresponding Provincial Directorate of the Social Marine Institute will require originals of the necessary documents

To represent a third party, you must have a power of attorney registered in the Electronic Power of Attorney Registry that allows you to carry out this procedure. If you do not have a valid power of attorney in the aforementioned registry, you must prove representation by attaching a valid document in law that shows a reliable record of it.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

Resolution of the application and notification thereof to the interested party and, where appropriate, to their representative.

You can get information on the status of your application at the Provincial or Local Directorate of the Social Marine Institute.
