Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a "proof of receipt" in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

Applications will be processed by the Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute where the vessel has assigned its contribution account code.

At the end of the period for submitting applications, a provisional decision will be issued and notified to the interested parties and, where appropriate, their representatives, and a period of ten days will be allowed for any claims to be lodged.

Having examined the appeals submitted, the instructing authority will formulated the proposal of the final resolution.  Within fifteen days of the proposal of the final decision, the Director of the Social Marine Institute shall issue a reasoned decision, stating the list of applicants to whom the grant is awarded and the amount granted, expressly stating, where appropriate, the rejection of the remaining applications.

The aid will be paid into the current account indicated on the application form.
