Through this service you can complete the declaration of income of the holder of a pension and, where applicable, their spouse, for the purposes of gaining entitlement to minimum supplements.

Individuals who have been granted a benefit from Social Security.

Complete the declaration of income of the holder of the pension and, where applicable, their spouse, for the purposes of gaining entitlement to minimum supplements.
What you need to do it
Include as much information as possible on the form for the declaration.
Please note
If you access as a representative, you must ask the represented party to communicate the code that will be received by SMS on their mobile phone to confirm the representation and attach the standardised representation document at the end of the service.
If you access with power of attorney, you must be registered in the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.
