This service provides access to the contracting profile of the Social Security contracting bodies located in the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
Who it is aimed at
Those interested in public sector contracting.
What does it allow you to do
Access the Public Sector Contracting Platform, managed by the Consultation Board for Administrative Contracting (body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations) in the State in which the contractor profiles of the Social Security contracting authorities are based.
On the Public Sector Contracting Platform you will be able to access different services, including:
- Consultation of the publication of bid documents and other documentation and information on public sector contracting files of Social Security contracting authorities.
- Consultation of the publication of public sector contracts of Social Security contracting authorities, including information on the awardee company, as well as the amount of the winning bid.
To be taken into account
The publications available for consultation are intended to comply with the legal requirements for the publication of contracts stipulated by the Public Sector Contracts Act (consolidated text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of 14 November).
