Entry into force of the new Electronic Register of Social Security Powers of Attorney
On 2 April 2021 Order ISM/189/2021 of 3 March regulating the Electronic Register of Social Security Powers of Attorney came into force and, therefore, all powers granted prior to this date have been rendered null and void.
Access the completion of the new powers of attorney form if you have not already done so.
This service enables the management of notifications of administrative decisions between the Social Security Organisations and Bodies and companies and citizens.
You can access your Notifications from the app and the website at My Citizen Folder and from the Single Enabled Electronic Address (DEHú)..
Order ISM/903/2020 of 24 September regulating electronic notifications and communications within the scope of the Social Security Administration, establishes the regulatory framework for online notifications and communications by the Social Security Administration.
Social Security also offers an additional channel to facilitate the management of large volumes of notifications. This channel is based on Web Services technology and allows authorised users to consult and sign Online Notifications through third party information systems. The end user accepts or rejects their notifications, not through the services offered by the Social Security at its e-Office, but through the information systems in place at its offices.
Access to the services made available to users in the e-Office and also to the web service can be made with a digital certificate, included in the list of allowed certificates, also complying with the rest of the technical requirements and configuring the browser for the use of electronic signature functionalities.
Access to the services can also be made through Cl@ve permanent (advanced level)*, which will be reinforced with single-use keys sent by the Social Security via SMS to the citizen's mobile phone. This will also be the system that enables access to a signature in the cloud.
Finally, if access is in your own name, i.e. if you wish to consult and sign only the notifications addressed to your name, you can access with avalid electronic certificate or permanent password, with a Mobile key (advanced level)*and in this case the signature will be made via the Signature without Certificate system.
Notifications containing special category personal data (such as health-related data) will only be accessible with an electronic certificate or permanent cl@ve.
* To use the Cl@ve system and the signature services in the cloud, citizens must first register in the system, either in person at one of the registry offices participating in the system, or online, using a recognised electronic certificate.
In this service, users can consult and sign their notifications in their own name, using a Permanent or Mobile key (advanced level) and a Certificate. Where the notification contains special category personal data, it must be identified with a permanent certificate or key. The proxy must identify themselves with a certificate included in the list of allowed certificates. If the notification is identified with the subjects "Registration, affiliation, contribution and collection" or "Appeals with the TGSS", the RED authorised person who is assigned to manage the main account code in the RED system at any given time or, failing this, the RED authorised person who has been assigned the Social Security number or, where appropriate, their proxy, may also access and manage the notifications.
Access to this service will be enabled only when you identify yourself as a natural person or entity
Via this service citizens can communicate their wish not to receive paper notifications by post.
Access to this service will only be enabled when you identify yourself as a natural person
Via this service, the responsible subject may unassign, as the receiver of online notifications, the authorised RED that will be assigned management of the main contribution account code in the RED System, or, in its absence, that of the authorised RED that has been assigned the Social Security registration number. In addition, this service allows the responsible subject to reassign, as the receiver of online notifications, the authorised RED that will be assigned management of the main contribution account code in the RED System, or, in its absence, that of the authorised RED that has been assigned the Social Security registration number.
Access to this service will be enabled only when you identify yourself as a natural person or entity
