Extension of the moratorium granted to Health Institutions < Go back
This service makes it possible to request, by Electronic register, the extension of the grace period and moratorium granted to Health Institutions.
Who it is for
To health institutions owned by the Public Administrations or public or private non-profit institutions, covered by the moratorium provided for in the thirtieth additional provision of Law 41/1994, of 30 December, on the General State Budget for 1995, and which intend to request the extension of the grace period and moratorium granted to them, provided that this has been included in the corresponding Law on the General State Budget for that year or, failing this, in a provision with legal status which so provides.

- Apply via the Electronic Register for an extension of the grace period on the moratorium granted.
- Attach documentation.
What you need to do it
For this procedure, you must have the data relating to the moratorium file:
- File number of the moratorium granted.
- Beneficiary of the moratorium (Company name, NIF and CCC).
Please note
If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the electronic register.
The application may be submitted as from the entry into force of the corresponding General State Budget Law enabling such an extension, or, failing this, the provision with legal status that so provides.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
