This service, aimed at companies that, through compulsory collaboration, proceed to the delegated payment of the temporary incapacity benefit, in accordance with article 102.1.b of the Consolidated Text of the General Social Security Act, allows you to request the reimbursement of the Temporary Incapacity benefit paid under the delegated payment scheme and not deducted from the social insurance.
For companies collaborating in the delegated payment scheme for temporary incapacity benefits according to 102.1.b of the Consolidated Text of the General Social Security Act.
Attach the application for reimbursement of the temporary incapacity benefit paid as a delegated payment, not deducted in contribution slips (you can find the form in the Attached Documentation section).
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.
