Claim for reimbursement of temporary incapacity benefit paid under the delegated payment scheme and not deducted in the contribution slips < Go back
This service, aimed at companies that, through compulsory collaboration, proceed to the delegated payment of the temporary incapacity benefit, in accordance with article 102.1.b of the Consolidated Text of the General Social Security Act, allows you to request the reimbursement of the Temporary Incapacity benefit paid under the delegated payment scheme and not deducted from the social insurance.

For companies collaborating in the delegated payment scheme for temporary incapacity benefits according to 102.1.b of the Consolidated Text of the General Social Security Act.
What you can do
Attach the application for reimbursement of the temporary incapacity benefit paid as a delegated payment, not deducted in contribution slips (you can find the form in the Attached Documentation section).
What you need to do it
- Complete and attach the application form.
- Original documentation accrediting the power of representation held by the applicant (DNI, NIE or Passport).
- Sick leave medical report (form P-9) and the last confirmation report for the period requested for reimbursement of benefits.
- Wage receipts justifying the amounts paid by the company and received by the worker on temporary incapacity, during the months in which the refund is requested.
- Non-essential documentation (indicated in the application).
Please note
- The province of processing is the province where the company claiming the return is domiciled.
- The Observations section should only be filled in when an application form is not attached.
- Your connection has a time limit. Therefore, if your session times out while filling in the application form you have to restart the session and complete the items pending.
- Attached documents must not exceed 10 Mb.
