Change in contribution base -special agreements

This service can be used to request both a change to the contribution base of special agreements and to request or forego an increase in the contribution base of the agreement, as per the provisions of the Order governing the agreement. For those who have signed special agreements governed by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of 18 July 1991, this service will only be operational from January to March. For those who have signed special agreements governed by Order TAS/2865/2003 of 13 October, this service will be operational from January to September.

Special Agreement Registration through Employment Adjustment Plan

Through this service, the Company and, failing that, the worker may request the signing of a ERE special agreement by the company by electronic registration, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces the TA.0040-ERE model). Application period: Registration of the ERE agreement must be requested during the collective redundancy procedure and, in any case, until the date of individual notification of the redundancy. If the employer does not request the agreement within this period, the worker may request it within 6 calendar months from the date of notification of the redundancy. In addition, through this service, both the company and the worker may request the application of the voluntary increase in the contribution basis of the ERE special agreement signed (Additional Clause payable by the company or the worker). Application period: The increase may be requested at the same time as the ER special agreement is requested.

This service allows the company to request cancellation of the ERE special agreement subscribed by the company, via the electronic Register, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040-ERE). Application period: The withdrawal from the ERE agreement at the expense of the company may be requested at any time. The effective date of the cancellation shall be the last day of the month of application. This service also allows the worker to request cancellation of the ERE special agreement signed by them, via the Electronic Register, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040-ERE), provided that the collective redundancy procedure has been approved after 9 April 2019. Application period: The worker may request to leave the ERE special agreement at their own expense at any time.
