  • Legal entities - Social Security Mutual Society Partners- that have been assigned a tax identification code (CIF).
  • Natural persons, in the name and on behalf of the Social Security Mutual Society Partner, who have been assigned a tax identification number (NIF).

This service allows you to present the data and documentation, other than medical, to request the start of the procedure for permanent disability or permanent non-disabling injuries (LPNI), derived from professional contingencies, and to create the preliminary file.

What you need to do it

  • Mutual data.
  • Data of the worker's company.
  • Details of the worker and of the accident at work or occupational disease.
  • Attach the required documentation.
