This application will allow you to access personalised information and different services depending on your situation in the Special Regime for Seafarers:

Apply for your European Health Card, as well as those of your beneficiaries; request an appointment or check the details of the maritime and health training courses you have taken.

Formal requirements
To access all the functionalities you will need to have Cl@ve Permanente for advanced registration. If you still do not have it, you can go to our offices to register in person or obtain it online if you have a certificate or electronic ID. You will also be able to identify yourself via SMS if you have registered your mobile phone number with the Social Security.
