Through this service, the principal or authorised person may include or modify their previously declared identification and contact details. Legal persons may also accept the responsible declaration.
Who it is for
Principals or authorised persons in the Social Security powers of attorney register.
What you can do
Allows principals and authorised persons to modify their identification and contact details in the powers of attorney register. It also allows the legal representatives of legal entities to electronically sign a declaration stating that their articles of association provide for their capacity to represent third parties with the Public Administrations.
What you need to do it
They must be entered into powers of attorney register as principal or authorised person.
Please note
It is not permitted to modify the data relating to name and surname, company name and NIF/NIE, which will be automatically extracted from the identification mechanism used.

Access to this service will be enabled only when you identify yourself as a natural person or entity
