Through this service, an authorised person may surrender or refuse powers of attorney granted in the powers of attorney register.
Who it is for
Individuals or legal persons in whose favour a power of attorney has been granted and is recorded in the Social Security powers of attorney register.
What you can do
Allows the authorised person to surrender or refuse specific powers that have been granted in their favour to act in the ambit of Social Security.
The rejection is caused by the non-acceptance of the power granted.
The surrender occurs after the acceptance of a power when the representation granted in their favour is no longer required.
What you need to do it
Have powers of attorney in the register that are subject to surrender or refusal, i.e. those that are registered and whose term has not expired.
To access this service check you have the necessary technical requirements.
Access to this service will be enabled only when you identify yourself as a natural person or entity
