Registration in a special agreement < Go back

This service allows you to request, by electronic registration, registration or a situation assimilated to inscription in the corresponding scheme, through the subscription of a special agreement with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).

About this procedure

Who it is aimed at

  • Workers or similar who deregister from the Scheme in which they were registered, or who without doing so meet certain requirements established in the rule that regulates them.
  • Pensioners who meet the requirements set out in the regulation.

What does it allow you to do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
  • You are not required to attach the TA.0040 (PDF) form.
  • Attach documentation.

To be taken into account

Completion of this online form is in place of the current TA.0040 in PDF format.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10
Mb.

Next steps

You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.

If you do not receive the confirmation message or, as the case may be, receive an error or transmission failure message, you will have to submit at another time or use other means.

In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt. Also, if the database contains a mobile phone number, any noted change in registration will be sent via SMS.
