Registration in special agreements < Go back
This service allows you to request the subscription of a special agreement with the Social Security via electronic registration, and you must submit the documentation detailed in the "Attached documentation" section of this service.
Who it is aimed at
- Workers or similar who deregister from the Scheme in which they were registered, or who without doing so meet certain requirements established in the rule that regulates them.
- Pensioners who meet the requirements set out in the regulation.
What does it allow you to do
- Submit an Electronic Register application.
- Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
- Attach the mandatory documentation based on the type of special agreement.
- You are not required to attach the TA.0040 (PDF) form.
To be taken into account
Before starting the application, it is recommended to consult the “Attached documentation” section, where the required documentation for submitting the registration application is indicated.
To apply, the subscriber to the special agreement must have a Registration Number (NAF) or a Social Security Number (NUSS). The NAF/NUSS can be obtained electronically through the service "Request the Social Security Number".
If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
Next steps
You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must submit the documentation at another time or through other means.
In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt. Also, if the database contains a mobile phone number, any noted change in registration will be sent via SMS.
