Changes to details of special agreements < Go back

This service makes it possible to request, by electronic registration, Variation of data, Resumption, Suspension or Extension of the special agreement, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).

Who it is for

Individuals who have signed or have had signed in the past a special agreement with Social Security

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
  • You are not required to attach the TA.0040 (PDF) form.
  • Attach documentation.

Completion of this online form is in place of the current TA.0040 in PDF format.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.

In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt.
