Special Agreement Registration through Employment Adjustment Plan < Go back

Through this service, the company and, failing that, the worker may request the signing of a ERE special agreement by the company by electronic registration, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces the TA.0040-ERE model). In addition, through this service, both the company and the worker may request the application of the voluntary increase in the contribution basis of the ERE special agreement signed (Additional Clause payable by the company or the worker).

About this procedure

Who it is aimed at

  • Companies initiating collective redundancy procedures not involved in bankruptcy proceedings which include workers aged 55 or over who were not members of a mutual insurance fund on 1 January 1967.
  • Workers aged 55 or over affected by a redundancy plan, when the Company does not request within the legally established period the subscription of the special ERE agreement.
     

What does it allow you to do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
  • It does not require the attachment of Model TA.0040-ERE (PDF), nor Model TA.0040-ERE CA.
  • Attach documentation.

To be taken into account

Completion of this online form replaces the current TA.0040-ERE  and TA.0040-ERE CA, in PDF format.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
