Through this service, the debtor will be able to comply with the reporting obligations imposed by Book III of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Act when the General Social Security Treasury is a creditor in the micro-company special procedure.
Any natural or legal person who carries out a business or professional activity and who has the status of a micro-company in accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Act.
It allows the following communications to be made to the TGSS through the electronic register when it is a creditor party to the procedure:
To be a micro-company that is in a situation of likely insolvency, imminent insolvency or current insolvency and that has previously applied for the opening of the special procedure by submitting the corresponding standard form.
If you access with User + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, a code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you declared during the registration process, which you must enter in order to be able to sign the communication in the electronic register.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
Once the procedure is processed, you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) in the form of an application receipt in PDF format and the signature of the server, which ensures that the transaction has been correctly processed.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other means.
