Using this service, you can complete the application for a review of permanent disability.
Who it is aimed at
Pensioners with permanent disability.
What does it allow you to do
Request for your permanent invalidity pension to be reviewed due to an improvement or worsening in your condition or a misdiagnosis.
Attach the required documentation.
What you need to do it
Include as much information as possible in the application form.
To be taken into account
If you access as a representative, you must ask the represented party to communicate the code that will be received by SMS on their mobile phone to confirm the representation and attach the standardised representation document at the end of the service.
If you access as a power of attorney, you must be registered in the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney.
Next steps
You will receive an "acknowledgement of receipt" in PDF format once you have completed the procedure.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
The National Social Security Institute will send the application resolution to the address of the person concerned.
