Applications submitted through this service, or with no cl@ve or certificate, will not be processed.
Exceptional COVID19 measures:
Exceptionally, and as long as the current containment measures are maintained, you may submit urgent and non-deferrable written documents, requests and notices via this service without electronically identifying yourself, if you do not have the means to do so.
Please note that, in this mode of submission, your writing or application will not be formalised in the Social Security e-Office and no receipt will be generated for your submission. For this reason, in the event that you use the service to submit a request or to carry out any procedure that requires a signature, we will contact you to make an appointment to come to our offices to formalise said request, prove your identity and, where appropriate, provide the documents that are necessary for processing.

The province where you are filing indicates the Provincial Directorate of the Social Marine Institute to which you should address your documentation.
If you are acting as a representative, you must attach the standardised representation form, which can be found in the accompanying documents section, or any legally valid document that is proof of the representation.
Your connection has a time limit. Therefore, if your session times out while filling in the application form you have to restart the session and complete the items pending.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
When using the service without a certificate, no receipt will be generated for your request or notice, nor will your request be entered into the Electronic Registry. This notice will reach the Provincial Directorate that you have selected and will be managed there according to the priority established. In this case, we may need to contact you to confirm your identity, verify the data and documentation submitted, or if additional documentation is required.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
