This service allows you to request, in the name of another person and through the electronic register, a certificate of the benefits received from Social Security or, of not having received any pension from Social Security, as applicable.
Representatives who wish to apply for a certificate, on behalf of a person who has or has not received Social Security benefits.
Apply via the Electronic Register, on behalf of another person, for the following types of certificates:
• Fill in the personal information requested on the form according to the instructions given on the form itself and choose the certificate that you wish to obtain.
• Fill in and attach the standardised representation form.
If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the electronic register.
You must submit the standardised representation form.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
The National Social Security Institute will send the requested certificate to the interested party's home address.
