Pre-bankruptcy. Communication of the proposed restructuring plan < Go back

Through this service, the General Treasury is notified, by Electronic register, of the proposed restructuring plan and documentation in the pre-insolvency phase, in accordance with the provisions of the current Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Act.

About this procedure

Who it is aimed at

Any natural or legal person carrying on a business or professional activity.

What does it allow you to do

Communication of the proposed restructuring plan, with the possibility of providing the information on the relevant standard form.

What you need to do it

Be a physical or legal person carrying on a business or professional activity and which is in the likelihood of insolvency, imminent insolvency or current insolvency (without having yet filed for insolvency proceedings), regardless of whether it has notified the competent court of the existence of negotiations with its creditors or the intention to carry them out.

To be taken into account

If you access with User + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, a code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you declared during the registration process, which you must enter in order to be able to sign the communication in the electronic register.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
