Royal Decree-Law 9/2025 of 29 July extending birth and care leave has been published. Births, adoptions and fostering occurring on or after 31/07/2025 (inclusive) may benefit from an additional week of leave and two weeks in the case of single-parent families.

The Personal Income Tax Withholding Certificate for 2024 is now available.

We provide those who have received any benefit subject to personal income tax (IRPF) with the withholding certificate for the 2024 financial year. It can be downloaded via the “Personal Income Tax certificate” link after logging in to "Your Social Security”. This certificate will be available for download throughout the financial year.
