Expatriate Workers. TA.300 < Go back

Via this service the company or worker, employed or self-employed, can complete, through electronic registration, the electronic form (in place of the TA 300 form) necessary for temporary relocation in order to carry out their activities in one or more countries in which there exists an international Social Security standard (Community Regulations and Social Security Conventions).

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Complete the sections that correspond to your case.
  • You are not required to attach the TA 300 Form (PDF).
  • Attach the necessary documentation corresponding to the country of destination.

Completion of this online form is in place of the current TA 300 Form in PDF format.

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section. In order to be able to sign the notice on the electronic register, a new code will be sent via SMS.

The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a “proof of receipt” in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
