This service makes it possible to request a review of the temporary incapacity situation in cases where the INSS has issued a decision to extend the temporary incapacity and the worker considers that he/she has recovered his/her working capacity before the scheduled review date. In any case, it must be accompanied by a report from your medical practitioner stating this fact.
Those who, on their own behalf or on behalf of another person, wish to submit by electronic means an application to the INSS for review of the extension of temporary incapacity due to improvement.
If you access with User + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, a code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you declared during the registration process, which you must enter in order to be able to sign the submission in the electronic register.
The province where you are filing indicates the Provincial Division of the National Social Security Institute to which you should address your documentation.
The connection session is temporarily limited, so if it expires while you are filling in the application you will have to start it again and finish the pending actions.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a "proof of receipt" in PDF format.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or, as the case may be, you receive an error or transmission failure message, the submission must be made at another time or by other means.
