Communication of the beginning/end of pensioner work activity (REM) < Go back

Through this service you can use the Electronic Register, in your own name or as a representative or proxy, to notify the start or end of an employment activity of a pensioner under the Special Scheme for Seafarers.

About this procedure

Who it is for

To people who are entitled to a pension under the Special Scheme for Seafarers.

What you can do

Complete an Electronic Register communication.
Download and attach the completed communication form.
Attach documentation.

What you need to do it

Fill in and attach the communication form.
Attach copies of all documents detailed in the instructions.
Have software that enables you to fill in and save the application form to be attached.

Please note

If you are logging in with a permanent Cl@ve Password, in order to guarantee a higher level of security for this service, the login validation will include sending an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.
The Provincial Directorate of the ISM will request the original documents necessary for the processing of the application.

If you are acting as a representative, you must attach the standardised representation form, which can be found in the accompanying documents section, or any legally valid document that is proof of the representation.

In the case of acting as power of attorney, you must be registered in the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney.

Attached documents must not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once the process has been completed, you will receive a "proof of receipt" in PDF format.

If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
