VIVESS - Accredit proof of life

Free mobile application available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through which pensioners of the National Social Security Institute (and the Social Marine Institute) living abroad can accredit their residence through biometric facial recognition, as well as carry out other procedures in a convenient and simple way.

What queries can you make

Among the most relevant services using this app you can:

  • Accredit proof of life by means of a biometric facial recognition system, issuing a receipt indicating that the process has been successfully completed.
  • Consult and download the IRPF certificate.
  • Certify your tax residence from anywhere and without having to travel.
  • Update the payment method for bank transfers and amend bank details.
  • Amend personal and address details at any time.

Register: this step is only done once. To register, please provide your DNI or pension file number. You can also use Cl@ve. Please enter your country of residence and date of birth. Select the document for video identification by showing both sides to the camera. Then show your face by following the instructions in the application.
