Access your data, view reports and complete procedures online via the e-Office identifying yourself electronically. You can also find the procedure you are looking for with the help of ISSA, our assistant.
Depending on the procedure you want to complete, you will be asked for a form of identification to ensure your identity and security.
If you have a digital certificate or electronic DNI you can complete all procedures online. See the certificates accepted by the Social Security. To get the certificate from the Spanish Royal Mint, go to the Royal Mint Headquarters. Once you have obtained the application code, you must prove your identity at an administration office. Send a request, selecting the “Digital certificate/ Cl@ve" category, to do so at a Social Security office. We will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Social Security has procedures that can be accessed by verifying your personal details via SMS. Please note that your contact details need to be updated. You can notify or modify them at Telephone number and email modification and notification or by Sending a request form.
If you need to complete a procedure without electronic identification:
You can request and receive working life and bases and payments reports at your home, among others, as well as the European Health Insurance Card. Please note that your address must be updated. You can change it by sending a request.
