Cl@ve is an electronic identity verification platform for the identification and authentication of citizens. It allows you to identify yourself to Public Administrations with full security guarantees.
Modes of access
The Cl@ve platform supports several modes of access:
The qualified digital certificate.
The occasional use Cl@ve PIN is a system with a very limited password validity, designed for users who access services sporadically. It is based on the use of a pin chosen by the user and a PIN sent via SMS to the user's mobile phone.
The permanent Cl@ve is a long-term (but not unlimited) password system for regular users. Corresponds to the system accessed with a username and password. This will also be the system that enables access to a signature in the cloud.
Cl@ve Registration
To be able to use a Cl@ve PIN or permanent Cl@ve you must be previously registered on the system. You can do so online or at any Cl@ve Registration Office. It should also be noted that certain services of the Social Security Administration Office may require an advanced cl@ve registration. In such cases, online registration is not sufficient. Access with a qualified digital certificate via the Cl@ve platform does not require previous registration.
