New service: Pre-insolvency law. Communication of the proposed restructuring plan

Through this service, the General Treasury is notified, by electronic register, of the proposed restructuring plan and documentation in the pre-insolvency phase, in accordance with the provisions of the current Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Act.

Autosignature signature is available in the service Consult and modify the postal channel of the self-signed signature. In the near future, all Social Security electronic procedures will be gradually adapted to the signature system using the Autosignature client application developed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. New access to Retirement Application for Representatives

Access to the Retirement Application for representatives has been made available through the Your Social Security Portal. This service will allow non-proxy representatives (any representative not registered in the Register of Proxies) to submit retirement applications on behalf of others, subject to authorisation by those they represent by means of a link that they will receive via SMS on their mobile phone. To use this service, it is necessary for the representative to have a Digital Certificate or permanent Cl@ve and for the represented party to have their mobile phone registered in the Social Security databases.

New service to request a statement of disagreement with medical discharge from the INSS (Spanish National Social Security Institute)

This service, aimed at people who have received a decision from the INSS declaring the termination of temporary disability due to medical discharge once the 365-day period has expired, allows them to express their disagreement within a maximum period of 4 calendar days following receipt of the decision.

Through this new service, it will be possible to request the reimbursement of benefits for temporary incapacity paid under the delegated payment system and not deducted in the contribution slips.

New service request for medical review relating to the extension of temporary incapacity due to improvement

Through this new service it will be possible to request a review of the situation of temporary incapacity in those cases in which the INSS has issued a decision to extend the temporary incapacity and the worker considers that they have recovered their working capacity before the scheduled review date.

Resolution of 25 November 2022 relating to the Social Security Electronic Register

In the section Regulations and Legislation > Regulations on the Electronic Register, the Resolution of 25 November 2022 by the State Secretariat for Social Security is available, modifying the administrative procedures which can be processed using the electronic register of the State Secretariat for Social Security, which will take effect within seven working days.
