New service: Extension of the moratorium granted to Health Institutions

The new service for extending the moratorium granted to Health Institutions on the basis of the 30th additional provision, section 1, of Law 41/1994 of the 30 December, on the General State Budget for 1995, has been published. This involves the possibility of submitting an application through the Electronic Registry to apply for extensions to the deferral period and the amortisation period of the moratorium initially granted, in accordance with the regulatory provisions which, where applicable, establish it each year.

New procedures relating to unemployment, RAI and cessation of activity of the Special Regime for Sea Workers (REM)

Seven new procedures are now available at the Social Security E-Office for people included in the Special Social Security Scheme for Sea Workers, allowing applications to be submitted for unemployment benefit, active insertion income (RAI) and cessation of activity.

Resolution of 22 April 2021 relating to the Social Security Electronic Register

In the section Regulations and Legislation > Regulations on the Electronic Register, the Resolution of 22 April 2021 by the State Secretariat for Social Security is available, modifying the administrative procedures which can be processed using the electronic register of the State Secretariat for Social Security. The Resolution is effective from 4 May 2021.

Importass: The new Treasury Portal

Importass, the new Treasury Portal is now available, a digital space adapted to mobile devices, with access from the Internet and from the Electronic Headquarters (SEDESS) and the Social Security app, and which offers information and processing services.

Electronic register of powers of attorney Access as a Power of Attorney and/or as a Representative

With the implementation of the new Order regulating the Electronic Registry of Social Security proxies, a selector has been enabled in some services of the Head Office which allows access in your own Name or as a Registered authorised person as well as the access option as a Representative, in the services that allow it. In this case, it will be necessary to attach documents or forms proving representation.

The New Electronic Register of powers of attorney comes into operation. Order ISM/189/2021, of 3 March

The new Order regulating the Social Security Electronic Register of powers of attorney comes into force today, 2 April, which invalidates the powers of attorney granted until 1 April 2021, to act before the Social Security administration. The aforementioned Order also modifies and extends the scope of action of the new powers of attorney before the Social Security.

Pension revaluation and withholdings certificates for 2020 are now available. You can obtain these services with a permanent password or digital certificate at "Your Social Security". You can also obtain them from the full service certificate service, using a pin code or mobile validation via SMS.

New service: Consultation of receipts issued for the Special Scheme for Self-employed Workers (RETA)

A new service is now available at the Head Office that allows the monthly receipts issued to self-employed workers to be consulted with details of Social Security contributions.

Launch of the Single Digital Gateway integrated into the "Your Europe" web portal

Citizens and businesses accessing the "Your Europe" portal will have access to the Single Digital Gateway, affording reliable and quality information and the necessary assistance, in their own language, to exercise their rights to free movement in the different areas of their work and personal life.
