Importass, the new Treasury Portal is now available, a digital space adapted to mobile devices, with access from the Internet and from the Electronic Headquarters (SEDESS) and the Social Security app, and which offers information and processing services.

With the implementation of the new Order regulating the Electronic Registry of Social Security proxies, a selector has been enabled in some services of the Head Office which allows access in your own Name or as a Registered authorised person as well as the access option as a Representative, in the services that allow it. In this case, it will be necessary to attach documents or forms proving representation.

The new Order regulating the Social Security Electronic Register of powers of attorney comes into force today, 2 April, which invalidates the powers of attorney granted until 1 April 2021, to act before the Social Security administration. The aforementioned Order also modifies and extends the scope of action of the new powers of attorney before the Social Security.

Pension revaluation and withholdings certificates for 2020 are now available. You can obtain these services with a permanent password or digital certificate at "Your Social Security". You can also obtain them from the full service certificate service, using a pin code or mobile validation via SMS.

In the section Regulations and Legislation > Regulations on the Electronic Register, the Resolution of 01 June 2020 by the State Secretariat for Social Security is available, modifying the administrative procedures which can be processed using the electronic register of the State Secretariat for Social Security. The Resolution will be effective from 15 June 2020.

According to the provisions of the Resolution of 15 September 2016 regarding the Social Security Electronic Register, in the Citizens / Special Scheme for Sea Workers section of the e-Office, 17 new procedures have been published that can be processed through the electronic registry and that relate to requests and notifications of benefits for Sea Workers. Similarly, the names of 26 procedures that were already operational have been modified in order to allow their correct identification and for them to be distinguished from other procedures managed by other Social Security entities.
