In the near future, all Social Security electronic procedures will be gradually adapted to the signature system using the Autosignature client application developed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. Consult the services available in our list.

New service: Annual Income statement Economic Allocation per child or minor in own care

The purpose of this service is to collect information on the income obtained by the self-employed in the previous year. This information will be used to review the continuation of entitlement for the current year.

New service for sea workers: Medical Certificate of Fitness and Medical Report

This service is aimed at sea workers who have undergone a medical examination for embarkation, and allows them to download the medical certificate of fitness for embarkation and the medical report through the electronic register.

Improvements to the e-Office: E-Office as Portal

New service for Self-calculation of the Base Rate

By means of this new service at the E-Office, it will be possible to make an approximate calculation of the amount of the base rate of the future retirement pension by manually entering the contribution bases.

Communication of identity document of health care beneficiaries: New service WITHOUT electronic certificate or cl@ve

A service is now available without a certificate whereby you can provide the identity document (DNI or TIE) of your beneficiaries for inclusion in the INSS healthcare database. You can present the identity card of your beneficiary even if he/she is under 14 years of age and must present it from the moment it becomes compulsory to issue it.
