Individuals who have filed a challenge, either in their own name or on behalf of another person or legally constituted entity, against an action by the Social Security General Treasury.

What you can do

Consult the following information on the appeal case:

• Details identifying the decision being appealed and the appeal document.
• Details identifying the appellant.
• Dates of the procedures completed.
• Documents issued, except the resolution document.
• Where applicable, information on Courts.

What you need to do it

To track the appeal you need the case reference number.
This number, provided by the Social Security General Treasury, will be stated on a document that will be sent by post once the appeal has been lodged and the case opened by the Processing Unit.
