Through this service notaries, company registers and Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation can notify the Social Security Treasury General through the Electronic Registry of the appointed insolvency mediators, so that a debtor may reach a settlement with creditors.

Notify the Social Security Treasury General through notaries, company registers and Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation through electronic means of the appointed insolvency mediators, according to article 233.4 of the Insolvency Act.

Complete the self-edited form.
