Using this service you can electronically request the resumption of the business activity and the activation of the contribution account code associated with said activity.

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent a code via SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You must enter this code in order to sign the communication in the electronic register.
The resumption of activities for a contribution account code (CCC) should only be requested when the employer has no workers and over 12 months have passed without any workers having active contributor status.
If the employer has another contribution account code associated with workers in the same province, for the CCC they are requesting to restart, they will have to enter the same mutual society or organisation which covers the contingencies of WRI and OD for said CCC.
The total size of the documents to be attached must not exceed 10 Mb.
Once you have completed the procedure you will receive "proof of receipt" (ZIP) comprising the application receipt in PDF format and the server signature that guarantees that the transaction was completed correctly.
If you do not receive the confirmation message, or if you receive an error or failed sending message, you should resubmit the application at another time or use other channels.
In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt.
