School Insurance - Presentation of List of enrolled Students < Go back

This service enables educational centres to present to the Social Security Treasury General the List of enrolled Students provided for in Additional Provision Three of Royal Decree 84/1996, of 26 January (27-2), according to which “…The educational centres undertaking ordinary or special enrolment of students included under the scope of application of School Insurance will provide the Social Security Treasury General with a list of students enrolled in their centre, within the period of one month following the closing date of the respective enrolment period. These lists shall include the Social Security number, national identification number and full name of each student”.

What you can do

Present the List of enrolled students in an electronic file, and once the process has been completed, obtain a receipt for its presentation.

What you need to do it

Individual's digital certificate or representative’s digital certificate (legal person).

The ID (DNI/NIF) of the digital certificate with which you log in to this service must match the ID (DNI/NIF) of the Educational Institution of which you wish to attach the student list.

Please note

Files with a text-type format (word processing files, including files with extensions .pdf or .txt) and spreadsheets, with a maximum size of 20 Mb may be submitted.
