About this procedure

Who it is for

Workers or similar who deregister from the Scheme in which they were registered or who meet certain requirements, as well as pensioners.

What you can do

  • Submit an Electronic Register application.
  • Download and attach an application form.
  • Attach documentation.

What is needed for the operation

  • Complete and attach application form  TA. 0040.
  • Attach  the documents as detailed in the instructions.
  • Have software that enables you to fill in and save the application to be attached.

Please note

If you are logging in with a Username + Password (permanent Cl@ve), in order to guarantee a higher level of security, you will be sent an SMS to the mobile number that you provided at the time of registration. You will need to enter the code sent in the SMS in the login section.

The total size of the documents to be attached muse not exceed 10 Mb.

Next steps

Once you have completed the procedure you will receive "proof of receipt" (zip) comprising the application receipt in PDF format and the server signature that guarantees that the transaction was completed correctly.
If you do not receive the confirmation message or you receive an error or transmission failure message, you must  submit the documentation at another time or through other means.

In general, the resolution of the application is communicated by post with proof of receipt. Also, if the database contains a mobile phone number, any noted change in registration will be sent via SMS.
